摘  要:利用XRD、XPS、TPR等技术对Ga2O3/HZSM5催化剂进行表征,结果表明,催化剂中镓组分以聚集态和分散态的形式存在.其中聚集态中αGa2O3在一定条件下可转化为βGa2O3;分散态又可分为游离Ga2O3和与HZSM5产生相互作用的镓组分.催化剂预处理条件及反应—再生过程均对镓的分布及状态有较大影响.Ga 2O 3/HZSM 5 catalyst has been studied by XRD, XPS and TPR techniques. It has shown that Ga component could be divided into two parts: aggregative and dispersed Ga species. α Ga 2O 3 was transformed into β Ga 2O 3 under due condition. Furthermore the dispersed Ga species constitute of free Ga 2O 3 and active Ga species which had strong interaction with HZSM 5. The Ga state and distribution were influenced by pretreatment and reaction regeneration condition. The well dispersed Ga species which had strong interaction with HZSM 5 may be the active species for the aromatic reactions.
