摘　　要：邵晋涵是乾嘉时期著名的史学家。他在继承和总结前人"良史"传统的基础上,对"良史"提出了具体标准:一是史以纪实,秉笔直书,持论公允,对史料认真考订,辨其真伪,取舍得当;二是从史书的断限、体裁、体例等方面强调史法义例的重要性,同时要把史法与义例结合起来,不能以史徇例;三是史求其用,重视史学的教化功能,表彰妇女的孝行善举是化民俗之要道,表彰忠义之士,有利于扶持风教;四是叙事要准确、完备,有条理,并以此作为评判史家素养高低的一个重要标准。邵晋涵的"良史"观丰富、发展了中国古代"良史"观的内涵。The category of the true history has a process of enrichment and development in Chinese historical science. It reflects that the historians voluntarily reinforce their reflective eonciousness of self-knowledge and have the careful and responsible attitudes towards the science of history. On the basis of the previous generations, Shao Jinhan, as for the historians＇ attitudes towards the historial recordation, combines the historical comments of different kinds, and particularly puts forward the requirments for the historians from the height of the historical laws and the historical importance and examples, raising the relatively specific requirenents and standards for the true history, and enriching the connotation of the category of the ancient Chinese true history.
