慢性肾功能衰竭并发假性肠梗阻7例分析

摘　　要：目的分析慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）并发假性肠梗阻（IPO）患者的临床特征,以引起临床医师重视。方法回顾性分析我院近3年来CRF合并IPO患者7例,收集整理其临床资料及有关实验室检查,分析其发病情况、辅助检查、病程、治疗及预后等特点。结果所有患者均有高血压、心脏增大、贫血、酸中毒等CRF多系统症状,合并心力衰竭3例;其IPO临床表现多不典型,但均有腹胀症状,可以是其惟一症状;病程1-7 d,平均3.4 d,6例好转出院,1例因并发肺部感染死亡。结论IPO是CRF的一种少见的消化道并发症,腹胀可能是其惟一症状,对CRF出现腹胀患者,及时腹部平片检查,有利于早期发现IPO,早期诊断与治疗有助于改善预后。Objective To better understand the clinical features of intestinal pseudo - obstruction （IPO） associated with chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods Seven cases of CRF with IPO collected within three years were analyzed retrospectively, Results The features of IPO with CRF were non - typical, but all patients had abdominal distention and it maybe the only symptom, the average course was 3. 4 days （ 1 - 7 ） , six cases were cured , one patient was died from pulmonary infection, Conclusion IPO is a rare complication of C RF, abdominal distention maybe it＇s the only symptom, the abdominal X -ray film should be applied early on the patients with abdominal distention, Early diagnosis and treatment can improve the prognosis.
