冷热循环对多元合金铁基堆焊层硬度的影响

摘  要:研究了热循环温度和循环次数对多元合金铁基堆焊层硬度的影响。结果表明:冷热循环对多元合金铁基堆焊层硬度有较大的影响,当其经560℃!18℃冷热循环超过100次后,堆焊层硬度为56.3HRC;经700℃!18℃冷热循环120次后,堆焊层硬度为42.5HRC,该堆焊层具有较高的抗急冷急热软化能力。The effect of heating temperature and thermal-cold recycle times on the hardness of mult-elemental Fe-based hardfacing layer was studied. The results show that thermal-cold recycle times have great effect on the hardness of the mult-elemental Fe-based hardfacing layer, when thermal-cold recycle at 560 ℃ ←→ 18 ℃ reaches over 100 times, the hardness of the mult-elemental Fe-based hardfacing layer is 56.3HRC, and by thermal-cold recycle at 700℃ ←→18 ℃ for 120 times, the hardness of the hardfacing layer is 42.5HRC. As a result, the hardfacing layer possesses good softening resistance of thermal-cold recycle.
