摘  要:为了解不同基因型谷子群体冠层温度分异现象及其生理特性,应用红外测温仪对谷子冠层温度进行了2 a观测,并测定了灌浆结实期谷子功能叶的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖和丙二醛含量。结果表明,自然界谷子存在冠层温度分异现象,衡谷9号的冠层温度持续偏低,谷丰888和05-61的冠层温度持续偏高。且这两类群的生理特性有着明显差异,尤其在叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、丙二醛含量方面冠层温度低的衡谷9号的表现较冠层温度高的谷丰888和05-61为优。因此,在谷子品种选育中以冠层温度持续偏低作为目标性状之一值得重视。In order to explore canopy temperature and physiological characteristics of different millet genotypes, used infrared radiation thermometer to observe the millet's canopy temperature for two years, and surveyed chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, soluble sugar content and MDA content of the functional leaves of millet during grain-filling period. The results showed that the canopy temperature of different millet varieties population were markedly different in natural world, Henggu9 was constantly high and Gufeng888, 05-61 was constantly low. And they have obvious differences in physiological characters, especially in chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, soluble sugar content and MDA content. The above characters of low temperature millets are more excellent than those of high temperature millets. These illustrated that persistent low canopy temperature as one of targeting traits in selection and breeding of millet was valued.
