摘 要:采用几种离体生根技术对普通扁桃栽培品种"超美"和"浓美"试管苗进行生根培养试验,结果表明,最适宜"超美"的生根条件是先在B5+20 g/L蔗糖+200 mg/L柠檬酸+0.5%活性炭+120 mg/L IBA上暗培养9 d,然后再转入无任何生长激素的B5培养基上进行光下培养;最适宜"浓美"的生根条件为1/2 MS+20 g/L蔗糖+1.4 mg/LIBA+0.04 mg/LBA。采用试管苗基部遮光可代替暗培养,但生根率略低,地上部分生长较健壮。Several in vitro rooting techniques were valuated for micropropagated shoots of almond cultivars, Nongmei and Chaomei. The results showed that the best in vitro rooting technique of Chaomei is cultured on BS+20g/L sugar+200mg/L citric acid+120mg/L IBA+0.5% AC for 9 days in darkness then transferred onto B5 without any growth regulator in light;the best in vitro rooting technique of Nongmei is cultured on 1/2MS+20g/L sugar+1.4 mg/L IBA+0.04 mg/L BA. Dark treatment could be replaced by in vitro basal shoot darking with which the rooting percentage was slightly lower, but the rooted shoots were healthier and stronger.
