摘 要:以生菜为材料,研究了外源ALA(5-氨基乙酰丙酸)对4个不同浓度(0,50,100,150 mol/L)NaCl胁迫下温室砂培生菜植株的缓解效应。其生理生化指标的测定结果表明,外源ALA对盐胁迫有明显的缓解作用,显著提高了50 mmol/L及100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下生菜的SOD、POD活性及叶绿素含量,降低了细胞膜相对透性,抑制了MDA的生成,提高了生菜植株的根系活力。Lettuce was used to study the effects of exogenous 5-aminolevulinic acid ,the lettuce were planted in the condition of sandy medium in greenhouse and the physiological and biochemical characteristic were measured under four different concentrations of NaCl (0 mmol/L, 50 mmol/L, 100 mmol/L, 150 mmlo/L). The result showed that there were remarkable mitigative effect of exogenous 5-aminolevulinic acid to the NaCl stress. Under the NaC1 stress of 50 mmol/L and 100 mmol/L , 5-aminolevulinie acid increase the activity of soperoxide dismutase and peroxidase, increased the content of chlorophyll, reduced the conductivity and restrained generate of malondialdehyde,increased the activity of root. In a word,there were remarkable mitigative effect of 5-aminolevulinic acid to the salt stress of 50 mmol/L and 100 mmol/L.
