摘  要:以不同NaCl浓度(0、0.25%、0.5%、0.75%、1.0%、1.25%、1.5%)的培养基对不同辐照剂量(0、0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0、6.0、8.0 Gy,共7个处理)60Coγ射线辐照后的东方百合索邦(Sorbonne)的离体不定芽进行盐胁迫,研究盐胁迫和辐射复合处理对东方百合不定芽增殖及POD同工酶的影响。结果表明,随着辐照剂量和盐浓度的增加,东方百合不定芽增殖率呈减小的趋势。说明60Coγ射线辐照和盐胁迫对东方百合不定芽的增殖有抑制作用。试验发现盐胁迫和辐射复合处理对POD同工酶产生了显著的影响。The adventitious buds of oriental lily 'Sorbonne' in vitro which were treated by 60 CoT-ray irradiation with different dose (0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, 6.0, 8.0Gy) were treated with different NaCl concentrations. Effect of NaCl stress and irradiation dose on proliferation and POD isozymes of the ad- ventitious bud of oriental lily were studied. The results showed that the proliferation rates of adventitious bud of oriental lily decreased, along with irradiation doses and NaCl concentrations increased. There is inhibitory effect of NaCl stress and 60 CoT-ray irradiation on proliferation of adventitious bud of oriental lily. And there also is a remarkable effect of NaCl stress and 6o CoT-ray irradiation on POD isozymes of adventitious bud of oriental lily.
