摘　　要：SMS系统是支撑数字电视业务运营的核心系统,包括SM卡服务管理、设备管理、产品管理、运营管理、计费管理、系统权限管理等。分析数字电视SMS系统管理运营模式,重点探讨SMS基于角色的权限管理设计和实现过程。SMS system is the core of digital television business. It includes the service management of SM card management, equipment management, running management, charging management and permission manage- ment, etc. This paper analyzes the running mode of SMS system and mainly discusses the design and realization of permission management based on the roles.
