摘  要:针对硬目标侵彻引信实际应用环境的复杂性及多变性的问题,很难通过单一实弹打靶试验来对其进行综合性能进行评估。因此,提出了利用仿真计算机对硬目标侵彻引信进行半实物仿真的方法。首先介绍了构建半实物仿真系统的现实意义,探讨了仿真系统的组成和工作原理,对仿真系统中的关键技术进行了分析。一是采用量纲分析的方法对影响侵彻过载的主要因素进行了分析,得出了与侵彻过载相关的表达式;二是利用实测过载曲线,结合ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,采用参数校正的方法对仿真模型进行校正,调整和优化计算模型的有关参数,最终得到与试验相吻合的仿真结果。The problem is that the actual application environment of the hard target penetration fuze is complicated and changeful,it is difficult to evaluate the integrated capability of the hard target penetration fuze by single ball cartridge target practice test. So, a method of hardware - in - the - loop simulation using computer for hard target penetration fuze is put forward. First, the real signification of founding the hardware - in - the - loop simulation system is presented, the constitution and the work principle of the simulation system are discussed, and the key technologies of the simulation system are analyzed. The first step is to research the primary factor influencing penetration overload using the method of dimension analysis, and educe an expression relating with penetration overload. The second step is to amend the simulation model using the method parameter emendation, adjust and optimize the parameters of calculation model using test overload curves and combining with the ANSYS/LS - DYNA software, finally the simulation result consistent with the test result is obtained.
