摘 要:轧钢加热炉建模首先涉及到炉温分布形态问题。分析了目前采用的两种形态,综合两者的优点,提出用三次函数描述炉温分布,真实地反映了加热炉工况且便于炉温优化设定。讨论了建立钢温预估计模型的三种主要方法,从建模的难度、算法的收敛性、实时性和模型的自适应性等多个方面进行了分析。采用机理分析建立了某钢铁公司的加热炉模型,将非线性模型转化为线性模型,分析了病态数据产生的原因,提出了合理的处理方法。试验结果说明了所建模型的简单实用性,为炉温优化设定打下了良好基础。The first problem of furnace modeling is the form of furnace temperature distributing. The cubic distributing form is proposed by analyzing other two forms whose advantages are colligated. It can truely reflect furnace' s situation and make the optimized enactment convenient. Three methods for steel temperature estimation are discussed with analyzing difficulties, algorithm's astringency, real time character, model's selfadaptability and so on. The furnace model of some steel company is established by mechanical analyzing, and the nonlinear model is translated into a linear one. A reasonable method is proposed by analyzing the reason of morbidity data. The test result shows model' s simpleness and practicability, and a good base is got ready for the optimized enactment.
