摘　　要：本文重点分析了影响美国、日本、亚洲新兴工业化国家和地区经济发展方式转变的各方面因素,总结了市场经济国家成功实现经济发展方式转变的一些共同经验,以期对我国"又好又快"地实现经济发展方式转变有所裨益。This paper mainly analyzes factors influencing changes in the main sources of economic growth in the USA, Japan, and newly-emerging Asian countries （regions） by summarizing common experiences in the process of such changes. These common experiences will be helpful for China to maintain a healthy and fast economic development in the current period.
