摘  要:研究了卡那霉素对烟草4个品种叶片芽分化和根再生的影响,并对筛选出的卡那霉素抗性最强和最弱的品种进行抗盐能力分析,结果发现,品种CV87对卡那霉素非常敏感,4mg/L或6mg/L浓度下,叶片芽分化率或茎段根再生率均为零,而品种T12却对卡那霉素具有很高耐受性,在300mg/L浓度时,叶片才失去分化能力,而茎段根再生受阻的卡那霉素浓度则高达400mg/L。4个品种抗卡那霉素能力为T12>SD-1>NC89>CV87。高浓度(≥1.0%)盐胁迫,品种CV87受伤害严重,表现为叶片黄化、皱缩并增厚,根再生能力丧失,且叶绿素、脯氨酸、丙二醛及细胞膜透性相对值指标都显著或极显著地低于或高于品种T12,表明品种T12的抗盐能力高于品种CV87。We studied the effect of kanamycin on leaf differentiation and root regeneration of four varieties of tobacco and screened out of the kanamycin-resistant strongest and the weakest varieties to analyse the capacity of salt tolerance. The results showed that the variety CV87 was very sensitive to kanamycin, under the kanamycin concentration of 4mg/L or 6mg/L,There were no leaf bud differentiation and root regeneration, however, until the the variety T12 had higher kanamycin-tolerance, the leaf did not lose the capacity of differentiation kanamycin concentration was 300mg/ L and the stem root regeneration was blocked when the kanamycin concentration was as high as 400 mg / L, the capacity of kanamycin-resistant of the four varieties was T12〉 SD-1 〉 NC89〉 CV87. Under the high concentrations been serious injured, it showed that the leaves became yellow, (≥ 1.0%) salt stress, the variety CV87 has shrinking and thickening, the root could not regenerate, the chlorophyll content, proline content, MDA and the membrane permeability relative value were lower or higher significantly than the variety T12, all above demonstrated that salt tolerance of T12 variety was higher than that of CV87 variety.
