摘  要:抗坏血酸氧化酶在植物生理中具有重要的意义,不但与植物的生长发育和抗衰老有关,而且和果实的储藏有关。介绍了抗坏血酸氧化酶活性的测定方法;分析了影响抗坏血酸氧化酶活性变化的主要因素,认为抗坏血酸氧化酶的活性受到金属离子、有机无机小分子和外界环境条件等因素的影响;概述了农作物、果树和蔬菜关于抗坏血酸氧化酶活性的研究状况。采用不同的处理可以提高一些农作物的抗病性,延长果实的储藏期限,提高蔬菜种子的发芽率和一些子实体的使用价值。Ascorbic acid oxidase played an important role in plant physiology. It was not only related to the growth and development and anti-aging of plant, but also had something to do with fruit storage. The methods of ascorbic acid oxidase activity were introduced briefly in this essay, and the main factors of affecting ascorbic acid oxidase activity were analyzed. The activity of ascorbic acid oxidase could be influenced by metal ions, small organic and inorganic molecules and environmental factors. Finally, the progress of ascorbic acid oxidase activity in field crops, fruit trees and vegetables was also reviewed. By using different treatments, disease resistance of some crops could be increased, the storage period of some fruits be prol and the germination rate of vegetable seeds and the value of some fruit body be improved.
