摘 要:采用水培的方法,研究了不同的硫素供应水平对烤烟生长发育及全硫含量的影响。结果表明,供硫水平的提高能显著增加叶片全硫含量,且全硫含量在部位间的分配规律是下部叶〉中部叶〉上部叶,相关分析表明,烟叶全硫含量与供硫量呈显著正相关。硫的积累量随着供硫浓度的提高表现出增加趋势,且在8-64mg/L的供硫范围内增加迅速。在16-64mg/L的供硫范围内硫素对烟株的株高、茎围、最大叶面积和干物质积累有一定的促进作用,超过这一范围则产生抑制作用。综合考虑:以供硫量64mg/L时,烟叶的硫含量及生长发育状况最好。The experiment was carried out to study the growth, development and sulfur contents of fluecured tobacco which cultured in the solution containing different levels of sulfur concentration. The results show that the increment of sulfur fertilizer in the solution can significantly improve sulfur contents in its leaves. And the distribution of sulfur contents in tobacco leaves at different position was: lower leaves〉cutters〉upper leaves; the fertilization of sulfur was significantly positively correlated to the contents of sulfur. The sulfur accumulation of tobacco increased with the increasing of sulfur application amount and especially increased from 8 mg/L to 64 mg/L. From 16 mg/L to 64 mg/L, the plant height, stem perimeter, area of the biggest leaf and dry matter accumulation were all distinctively increased. Beyond the range, the growth of tobacco was restrained. Considering comprehensively, the Growth and Sulfur Contents of flue-cured tobacco is the best at 64mg/L.
