广西“猪+沼+果+灯+鱼”生态农业模式关键技术及其效益分析

摘　　要：在对广西传统的"养殖+沼气+种植"三位一体生态农业模式的历史进行回顾的基础上,对近年创造的"猪+沼+果+灯+鱼"五位一体的新生态农业模式进行调查总结,并以广西恭城县黄岭村"五位一体"生态农业实践为案例,分析介绍该模式生态经济合理性及其关键技术。"五位一体"生态模式能显著提高资源利用率和农业生态系统的综合效益,从而解决南方传统农业模式中存在的经济效益不高,生活能源燃料缺乏,农产品产量和安全品质低下,污染环境和生态退化等问题,比"三位一体"生态模式具有更显著的经济、生态、社会效益,因而在实践中为广大农民乐于应用。Chinese agriculture is facing serious problems of resource shortage and environmental degradation. Here we reported the successful practice of the integrated livestock-biogas-fruit （crop） eco-agricuhure models in Guangxi province to deal with those problems. Guangxi developed many eco-agricultural systems, among them the integrated livestock-biogas-fruit-light trap-fish systems （Five-in-one model）, have got the good result. Taking the Gongcheng County as an example, the advantages of this ＂five parts in one set mod- el＂ system were analyzed. The models are mainly composed of a pigsty, a biogas digester, a fishpond, fruit orchard and a light trap. The success ecological agriculture models indicated that the major components of these systems function well. The results showed that five-in-one model can effectively help improve the rural energy consumption structure, decreased the usage of fertilizer and pesticide, increase the economic income and the quality of family life. The most peasants in under-developed areas agree on developing those integrated eco-agriculture models.
