黄浦江上游地区发展循环农业的对策

摘　　要：根据上海市黄浦江上游地区农业定位,分析了该地区农业发展过程中存在的主要问题,阐述了发展循环农业的重要作用,提出了发展循环农业的具体对策:①加强示范园规划与建设,探索循环农业发展模式;②实行减量化清洁生产,控制农业面源污染;③实现资源化对接,构建资源再循环利用的产业链;④加大农业科技创新,健全机制体制。Based on the location of agriculture in the upstream area of HuangPu River in Shanghai, the main problems in the process of agriculture development were analyzed in this paper. The importance of recycling agriculture development was introduced. Moreover, the concrete countermeasures of recycling agriculture were summarized as follows： The first, we should enhance the programming and construction of demonstration district and explore the mode of recycling agriculture development. The second, we should carry out reduction cleaning production and control agricultural non-point pollution. The third, we should implement resource connection and construct the industry chain which resource can be recycled. The fourth, we should increase the innovations of agricultural science and technology, and perfect the mechanism and system.
