摘 要:农作物中的重金属含量是影响其品质与安全的重要方面。为了探讨山东省弥河流域不同条件下重金属在冬小麦根系-茎叶-籽粒中的富集特征,该文采用实地调查和室内分析相结合的方法进行了研究,用电感偶合等离子光谱仪(ICP-AES)分别测定了研究区所采集样点的土壤和植物样品中的重金属Cr、Cu、Ni、Zn、Mn和V的全量,用数理统计法进行了分析。结果表明:冬小麦对重金属Cr、Cu、Ni、Zn、Mn和V的富集能力差异明显,根系对重金属富集能力由强到弱的顺序是:Zn>Cu>Ni>Mn>Cr>V,茎叶对重金属富集能力由强到弱的顺序是:Zn>Cu>Mn>Cr>Ni>V,籽粒对重金属富集能力由强到弱的顺序是:Zn>Cu>Mn>Ni>Cr>V;冬小麦不同器官对重金属的富集能力不同,Cr、和Mn富集能力的顺序是:根系>茎叶>籽粒;重金属Cu、Ni、和Zn富集能力的顺序是:根系>籽粒>茎叶;而重金属V只有在根系富集,茎叶和籽粒均不富集重金属V。The contents of heavy metals in crops have a great influence on their quality and security. This paper aims at studying the enrichment characteristic of heavy metals in different organs of winter wheat in Mihe basin in different conditions. The research has been conducted by means of outside investigation and inside analysis. Heavy metals, such as Cr,Cu,Ni,Zn,Mn and V, in soil collected in research field and in different organs of winter wheat samples are measured with the method of ICP-AES and analyzed statistically. The result indicates that the enrichment capacities of different heavy metals of winter wheat are different, with the order in roots of winter wheat Zn〉 Cu〉 Ni〉Mn〉 Cr〉V, the order in stems and leaves Zn〉 Cu〉 Mn〉 Cr〉 Ni〉 V, the order in seeds Zn〉 Cu〉 Mn〉 Ni 〉Cr 〉 V. The enrichment capacities of the same heavy metal in different organs vary, with the order in Cr and Mn being root〉stem and leaf〉seed, the order in Cu,Ni and Zn being root 〉seed〉stem and leaf. The heavy metal V is cumulated only in roots of winter wheat and is devoid in stems,leaves and seeds.
