摘  要:【研究目的】了解高州普通野生稻群体及其居群间的表型变异情况,为这一宝贵资源的合理保护和有效利用奠定良好基础。【方法】考察包括质量性状和数量性状的表型性状共计22个,根据调查数据分析表型变异,并结合SPSS和DPS软件进行表型相关、聚类和方差分析。【结果】高州普通野生稻在表型性状上存在丰富的变异,众多重要性状之间呈极显著相关性,所聚类的7类高州普通野生稻植株群体存在显著性差异;各居群材料既具有较高的相似性、没有种的变异,又存在一定程度的差异、具有各自的特点,高州普通野生稻的表型变异具有一定的规律性。【结论】高州普通野生稻表型多样性丰富,在水稻育种中具有重大利用价值,亟待对其进行更深入系统的发掘研究。[OBJECTIVE]To know the phenotypic variation of Oryza rufipogon populations in Gaozhou, and lay a good foundation for reasonable protection of the rare resource and use it effectively. [METHOD]The 22 phenotypic characters has been investigated, the phenotypic variation has been analysised according as recording data, and then used SPSS and DPS software to correlation analysis, cluster analysis and variance analysis. [RESULTS]There was plentiful phenotypic variation in Oryza rufipogon in Gaozhou, and it was extremely significant correlation among many characters. The phenotypic characters have significant difference in 7 groups proceed from clustering. Though the populations were similar among them, to some extent it was also diverse from each other. There exist some rule in phenotypic variation of Oryza rufipogon in Gaozhou. [CONCLUSION]The phenotypic diversity of Oryza rufipogon in Gaozhou was profuse, and it was important to value in use, so the further research will go on incessantly.
