摘  要:研究了氯化法合成聚异丁烯(PIB)胺化物,先合成不同氯含量的氯化PIB(Mn=600~1300)。再用多烯多胺及低分子聚酰胺胺化,制备出一系列不同分子结构的PIB胺化物。采用过滤、金属表面氧化、火焰高度实验,研究了PIB胺化物分子结构与其清净分散性能之间的关系。结果表明,当PIB胺化物的极性端基与非极性端基比为1∶2时,具有优良的清净分散性能,是一种高效的汽油清净分散剂。he synthesis of polyisobutylene aminate by chlorization has been studied. Using PIB (n=600 ̄1300) of different Cl content reacting with PEPA (polyethylenepolyamine) and oligopolyamide, a series of PIB aminates of different structure has been synthesized. The effects of molecular structure of PIB aminates on tis dispersibility, oxidisability, combustion and detergency has been studied by using some laboratory procedures such as soot point experiment, Qzx experiment. The results show that PIBPEPA has better properties than succimide, when its ratio of polar terminal with unpolar terminal is equal to 1 2, and can be used as gasoline detergentdisperant.
