经胸膈肌瓣翻转术治疗贲门失弛征31例报告

摘　　要：报告经胸膈肌瓣翻转术治疗３１例贲门失弛征的经验。就手术方法，预防术中及术后并发症发生的措施等，予以陈述。全组无严重并发症及死亡病例，康复顺利，平均术后１２天出院。全部得到随访：出院月余后，进普食顺畅，体重增加，参加正常工作或劳动。无返流性食管炎、复发、狭窄发生。作者认为，本法简单、安全、无复发，无狭窄，疗效佳。主要归功于食管下端肌层松解彻底，矫形合理。本术式是治疗贲门失弛征较理想的手术。Experience of treating 31 cases of cachalasia of cardia by subvolution of diaphragmatic valve are reported.The basic operative technique,the measure which prevents operative complication are stated.All of the 31 cases have no grave complication,no death and resumed after 12 days of postoperative hospitalization in average and have been followed up.They all ate easily and worked,normally with weight increased and had no reflux esophagitis,recurrence and stenosis.The author thinks this way simple and safe,it brings no recurrence,no stenosis and has a good effect.All this owes to the complete relaxion of the lower segmentum or muscular layer of esophagus.This way is a better one to treat cachalasia of cardia.
