利脉胶囊治疗高脂血症51例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨利脉胶囊治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法:将96例高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组51例和对照组45例,治疗组给予利脉胶囊治疗,对照组采用脂必妥治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率94.12%,对照组总有效率68.89%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组舌质、舌苔改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:利脉胶囊治疗高脂血症疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To explore the curative effect of ＂ Limai＂ capsule in the treatment of hyperlipemia. Methods： Ninety six patients were divided into treatment group （ n = 51） and control group（ n = 45 ）at random. ＂Limai＂ capsule was given to the patients in treatment group and ＂Zhibituo＂ was used in control group, the curative effect of the therapies was observed. Results： The total effective rate was 94.12% in treatment group and 68.89% in control group. There was significant difference in the comparison between the two groups （P 〈0. 01 ）. The improvement of tongue proper and tongue fur was much better in treatment group than that in control group. Conclusion： ＂Limai＂ capsule is very effective in the treatment of hyperlipemia and can be widely used in clinical practice.
