摘　　要：随着网络技术和信息科学的飞速发展,网络大大延伸了参考咨询的工作空间,使参考咨询能够基于网络平台实现全天候、高质量、高效率和个性化的服务。随着我国数字图书馆的建设和全国文化信息资源共享工程的实施,联合参考咨询网成为我国公共图书馆合作建立的公益性服务机构,是全国文化信息资源共享工程的重要平台之一。联合参考咨询网将根据统一规划、统一标准、合作建设、协调管理的原则为读者提供免费的网上参考咨询和远程文献传递服务。With the rapid development of network technology and information science, network greatly extends working space of reference of the library and makes reference provide 24/7, high quality, efficient, personalized services. With the construction of digital libraries and implementition of National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project, Combined Reference and Consultation Network becomes the public service institution and one of important platforms of National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project. Based on the principles of united planning, united standards, cooperated construction and coordinated management, Combined Reference and Consultation Network provides users with free network-based reference and long-range documents delivery service.
