海通片与多烯康治疗高脂血症——120例疗效对比观察

摘　　要：将120例高脂血症患者随机分为两组,每组60例,分别采用海通片与多烯康治疗。临床观察结果表明:(1)常规剂量下,用药2w和4w后,两种药物均可显著降低TC、TG及LDL—Ch,但海通片可显著升高HDL—Ch,而多烯康对HDL—Ch无显著作用;(2)海通片调脂效果优于多烯康,是预防冠心病和脑血管病较理想的药物。According to the clinical observation of 120 cases of hyperlipemia treated by Hai-Tong Tablet and Duo-Xi-Kang Capsule,the therapeutic effects in treating hyperlipemia between these two drugs were evaluated. We draw the following conclusions:①Giving routine dose to the both groups for 4 weeks,the two drugs can both decrease TC,TG and LDL-Ch remarkably. Hai-Tong Tablet can also increase HDL-Ch,but Duo-Xi-Kang can't. ②Hai-Tong Tablet is better than Duo-Xi-Kang capsule in the efficacy of lipid-adjusting and it is a drug of choice in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerostic diseases.
