摘 要:目的:探讨烫伤后血浆内皮素(ET)含量和心肌收缩性变化的相互关系。方法:利用放射免疫分析法测定猫烫伤早期血浆ET含量,同时观察烫伤前后dp/dtmax和心收缩舒张谐调环(CRHL)的变化。结果:猫烫伤后dp/dtmax,CRHL-Ls和血浆ET-1含量迅速升高,伤后10min达最高。此后持续监测2h,血浆ET-1仍维持高水平状态,但dp/dtmax,CRHL-Ls却呈大幅度下降。结论:猫烫伤后血浆中出现的高水平ET会明显抑制心脏活动,加重烫伤休克。Objective: To observe the correlation in changes of plasma ET concentration and myocardial contractility after burn injury. Methods: In cats with Ⅲ degree burn injury of 30% body surface, indicators of cardial function (dp/dt max , CRHL Ls) were measured by radioimmunoassay to observe the changes of plasma ET level and myocardial contractility. Results: After burn injury, dp/dt max , CRHL Ls, as well as plasma ET 1 level increased rapidly and reached their maximum value in 10 min. But in the following 2 h, although plasma ET 1 concentration maintained at high level, dp/dt max and CRHL Ls decreased enormously. Conclusion: The high level of plasma ET after burn injury might inhibit the function of the heart significantly, and aggravate the shock induced by burn injury.
