摘  要:分析了多模腔注塑模具分流道的平衡性,探讨了浇注系统的影响因素以及浇注系统平衡的控制与调节,结果表明:同模多腔模具流道非平衡排布时,可通过调节浇口的长度及截面尺寸来补充流道长度的差异而引起的不平衡;而对于异模多腔模具,应将模腔容积作为调整系数,依此来设计流道的长度和浇口的长度及截面尺寸。The balance of every sprue of injection mould with multi- mould chambers was analyzed. Factors influencing the injection system were investigated as well as the control and adjustment on its balance. The results showed that when the sprues of mold with the same multi - mould chambers were arranged unevenly, the unbalance caused by the difference of sprue length could be compensated by the adjustment on the length and sectional dimension of injection gate; for the mold with the different multi- mould chambers,the volume the basis for the design of the length of sprue and of mould was used as adjustment coefficient,which was injection gate and the sectional dimension.
