摘　　要：介绍了一种适用于大型PVC生产企业的新型螺杆压缩机LG-148/6.5,其单台生产能力可达20万t/a PVC树脂。经过两年多的运行,该机各项性能指标均可满足工艺生产要求,具有安全装置较为完善、吸气能力较大、操作弹性大等优点。A new type of helical- lobe compressor LG- 148/6. 5, which was suitable for large - scale PVC production enterprises was introduced. Its production capacity could reach 200 kt/a PVC resin per unit. Results obtained from its running more than two years showed that all the performance indexes could meet the requirements of process, and had characteristics of perfect safety device, big suction ability and good flexibility.
