基于信息化的指天椒产销服务系统构建研究

摘　　要：指天椒是广西天等县的特色农产品,在打造指天椒特色产业时,信息化应该可以发挥重要的作用。依托当地政府信息化平台,结合天等指天椒门户网站的建设,开发指天椒产销服务系统,包括农户生产管理、龙头企业农资配送服务和产品回收管理、金融机构贷款保险服务管理等模块,通过信息流带动物资流、资金流和服务,从而促进当地指天椒产业健康发展,提高农业效益和农民收入。Finger-pepper is one of the characteristic agricultural products in Guangxi Tiandeng County, and information technology would play an important role in building finger-pepper＇ s industry. Depending on local government＇ s information platform and combining with the finger-pepper portal website construction, the Finger-Pepper Production and Sale Service System, which includes management of farmer＇ s production, leading enterprises＇ distribution service of agricultural materials and recovery management of agricultural products, financial institution＇ s loan insurance service, will realize information flow to drive material flow, fund flow and services, and thus promote the healthy development of local finger-pepper＇ s industry, improve the agricultural quality and increase the farmers＇ income.
