摘　　要：文章从FRBR视角出发,探讨了网络环境下书目关系网络构建的两个层次:基于作品—内容表达层的书目关系构建和基于载体表现层的书目关系构建的方法。This context sets out from the view of FRBR, it inquiries into two layers which belong to network environment to set up the relation ofbooklist. The first layer is according to the bibligraphy relation of work contents expression, the second layer depends on the method that set up the bibliography relation of manifestation.
