摘　　要：利用中间基含蜡原油生产出符合APIⅡ、APIⅢ类标准的润滑油基础油,完全达到了国际高档润滑油标准。采用中国石化科学研究院(以下简称石科院)的RLT技术,利用中压加氢处理→加氢精制→常减压分馏工艺可生产出符合HVI标准的基础油,可用于调配粘温性能较好的润滑油,解决了高档润滑油基础油的来源问题。The base oil in compliance with API II, API III has been produced using intermediate base waxy crude, which completely meets high-grade lube oil standards of the world. The base oil in compliance with HVI Standard produced by using the RLT Technology of Research Institute of Petroleum Processing and using medium pressure hydrotreating → hydrorefining → atmospheric & vacuum distillation process can be used for blending lube oil of good viscosity-temperature property, and solved the problem of the source of high grade base oil for lube oil.
