基于DEA中国大型承包商经营效率相对有效性分析

摘　　要：采用DEA模型对2005-2006年沪深股市建筑业板块31家大型承包商群体运营效率进行了评价，发现总体而言保持了较高运行效率，2006年较之2005年有所提高，2年间DEA有效的承包商数量均各为14家，有11家2年来均有效。对DEA有效承包商进行优化比较发现，金螳螂连续2年排名第1，可以作为其他承包商学习的标杆。通过对非DEA有效的承包商分析，以2006年为例给出了其输入变量可以减少的比例。通过规模收益分析发现，2006年规模收益显著提高。通过对国营与民营承包商对比分析发现，无论是从DEA有效的承包商相对占有率、最优经营效率排序还是从规模收益上看，民营承包商均显著优于国有承包商。Operation efficiency of 31 large-scale contractors of construction in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchange of China is evaluated by the method of DEA. The results indicate that the contractors had been operating effectively at a high level as a whole during the past two years and there were 11 contractors that were efficient in both years. Through optimization on all efficient contractors, it also founds that the corporation named Jintanglang could be benchmark for the other contractors. While analyzing all inefficient contractors,the reduction of consumption of all input without reducing output were calculated in the year 2006. By analysis on scale efficiency, it was found that they made great progress in the year of 2006. By comparative analysis from the view of operation efficiency, the peer times for other contractors and scale efficiency, it indicates the private-owed contractors were better than state-owned ones.
