摘　　要：目的:了解国内外避孕技术的经济学评价研究现状。方法:系统搜索并评估1994～2007年间发表的国内外避孕技术经济学研究文献。结果:国内的避孕技术经济学研究文献缺乏对成本效益/效果/效用分析的理解和正确运用,从而可能影响了结论的准确性和实用性。结论:国内外避孕技术经济学研究存在较大差距,本文为避孕技术的经济学评价研究提供方法学的借鉴。Objective： To assess the current situation of economic evaluation studies on contraceptive technology at home and abroad. Methods： Research literatures, which were published from 1994 to 2007, about economic studies on contraceptive technology was systematically searched and evaluated, Results： Lower accuracy and practicality was showed in Chinese economic studies on contraceptive technology on account of incomprehensive understanding and incorrect use of the cost - benefit, cost - effectiveness and cost - utility analysis. Conclusion： It shows significant differences in Chinese economic studies on contraceptive technology at home and abroad. It can be used for reference in the economic evaluation of contraceptive technology.
