四川省男性绝育应用下降因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探索四川省男性绝育应用下降因素。方法:个人深入访谈。结果:有8位省级和市级人口与计划生育部门的中、高层人员接受了访谈。反映出男性绝育应用的下降受诸多因素影响,如计划生育工作模式的转变、育龄人群生育观念的改变、历史负面影响的延续、对男性绝育手术认识的误区、技术服务能力的不足、宣传和导向的偏好,以及市场经济的冲击等。结论:正确认识男性绝育手术,在项目层面加大对男性参与计划生育/生殖健康的倡导力度。Objective： To explore the possible reasons of the declining trend in male sterilization in Sichuan province. Methods ： In - depth interview. Results ： Eight senior officers in the departments of population and family planning were interviewed. It found that the reasons of declining trend in male sterilization in Sichuan province were complicated, including changes of working mode and child - bearing viewpoints, misunderstanding associated with vasectomy, misleading or bias in family planning and reproductive health（FP/RH） program, deficiency of service capability, preference of publicity and orientation, and impact of market economy, etc. Conclusion： Vasectomy is a simple, safer and cost- effective contraceptive option for individuals and couples. Advocacy should be enhanced to promote male involvement in FP/RH program
