摘 要:【目的】揭示圈养条件下秦岭羚牛冬夏季昼间活动的时间分配状况,以进行有效的迁地保护。【方法】分别于2006-07和2007-02在陕西省珍稀野生动物抢救饲养研究中心内,采用全天观察和瞬时扫描取样法对13头圈养秦岭羚牛(Budorcas taxicolor bedfordi)的行为活动规律进行了比较观察。【结果】夏、冬季白昼秦岭羚牛的活动时间具有相同的趋势,均以休息为主,采食次之;夏季秦岭羚牛的饮水、排尿、排便分别为每头每天1.92,0.54和0.92次,冬季分别为每头每天1.23,0.31和0.85次;秦岭羚牛每天的活动状况与气温的变化相关。【结论】圈养秦岭羚牛的活动节律受气温影响较大,与野外生存的群体有一定差异。【Objective】 This paper was to reveal the general status about the daily active rhythms and give effective ex-suit protections of captive Qinling Golden Takin in summer and winter.【Method】 The author observed 13 heads of captive Qinling Golden Takin(Budorcas taxicolor bedfordi) in Shaanxi Rescuing & Raising Research Centre for Rare Wild Animals during July 2006 and Feb 2007.The behavioral echogram was identified through all occurrence sampling in the preliminary observation.【Result】 The daily active rhythms of the captive Qinling Golden Takin,both in summer and winter,had the same trends.As a result,it was indicated that the resting activity played an important role in the all diurnal activities,followed by feeding.Meanwhile,drinking,urinating and defecating were 1.92 and 0.54 and 0.92 times per head per day in summer and 1.23 and 0.31 and 0.85 times per head per day in winter respectively.The daily active status of the captive Qinling Golden Takin was associated with variation of air temperature.【Conclusion】 The activity rhythms of captive Qinling Golden Takin were affected strongly by environment which was different to some degrees in comparison with wild population.
