摘 要:【目的】研究植物源农药VFB及其主要成分马齿苋(Portulaca oleraceaL.)、板兰根(Isatis Indigoti-caFort)、甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralersisFisch)等3种植物粗提物的抗病毒活性,为VFB进一步开发利用提供依据。【方法】以病毒A为对照药剂,采用半叶枯斑法测定了VFB及其主要成分马齿苋、板蓝根、甘草等3种植物粗提物对烟草花叶病毒(Tobacco mosaic virus,TMV)的体外钝化作用及对TMV初侵染和增殖抑制作用,并用盆栽法研究了VFB对烟草花叶病毒病的保护和治疗作用。【结果】VFB对烟草花叶病毒(TMV)具有明显的体外钝化作用,钝化0.5,1和2 h后,其抑制率分别达到44.41%,55.62%和64.43%;对TMV的初侵染也有较好的抑制作用,在50倍剂量下,其24和48 h的抑制率分别达到54.33%和55.60%;对TMV增殖的抑制作用较差,在50倍剂量下,其24 h的抑制率为36.15%;3种植物粗提物对TMV有一定的体外钝化作用,对TMV初侵染和增殖的抑制作用较差,且均显著低于VFB。室内盆栽试验结果表明,VFB对烟草花叶病毒病有较好的保护和治疗作用,采用"喷雾+灌根"的施药方法,其14和21 d的保护效果分别达到75.00%和51.11%,治疗效果分别达到68.75%和41.67%,均显著高于对照药剂病毒A。【结论】VFB具有较高的抗病毒活性,开发利用前景良好。【Objective】 This is to study antiviral activities of VFB,Portulaca oleracea L,Isatis indigotica Fort and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch against Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV) and to provide basis for exploitation of VFB.【Method】 A virtus control to the pharmacy,the anti-TMV activities of VFB,Portulaca oleracea L,Isatis indigotica Fort and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch in vitro were tested by local lesion.【Result】 VFB displayed significant inactivation,the inhibition rate of necrotic local lesions were 44.41%,55.62%,64.43% after mixing VFB with TMV for 0.5,1 and 2 h.VFB could inhibit TMV infection,at 50 times the dosage,the inhibition rate were 54.33% and 55.60%.VFB inhibited the multiplication of TMV in a certain extent,at 50 times the dosage,the inhibition rate was 36.15%.The anti-TMV activities of three plant extracts were lower than VFB.The indoor potted plant experiment showed VFB had strong protection and treatment to TMV in Nicotiana tabacum.The best application was spraying plus pouring.On 14th and 21thd after treatment,the efficiencies of protection were 75.00% and 51.11% respectively,and the efficiencies of treatment reached 68.75% and 41.67%.【Conclusion】 VFB has a higher antiviral activity and great potential for the exploitation and utilization.
