摘　　要：目的考察胰岛素注射液与注射用头孢他啶配伍的稳定性。方法观察配伍液外观、测定配伍液pH值,采用HPLC法测定头孢他啶含量,用化学发光免疫法测定胰岛素含量。结果配伍液在24 h内无明显外观、pH值、头孢他啶含量的变化,但胰岛素含量在5 h后降低超过10%。结论胰岛素注射液与头孢他啶在5%GS中常温下可配伍应用,但应在4 h内用完。AIM To observe the compatibility of insulin injection mixing with ceftazidine for injection. METHODS The appearance of the mixed fluid was observed and the pH value of the mixed fluid was determined. The content of ceftazidine was determined by HPLC and the content of insulin was determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay. RESULTS There was no evident changes in appearance, pH value and the content of ceftadine within 24 h, but the content changes of insulin was over 10% after 5 h. CONCLUSION Insulin injection mixing with ceftazidine for injection in 5 % GS can be used at room temperature, but shoud be used within 4 h.
