摘  要:目的建立一种快速、直接分析全血铁、锌、钙、镁含量的方法。方法直接稀释抗凝血,加入相应的基体试剂,用火焰原子吸收法检测铁、锌、钙、镁含量。结果实验回收率分别为:铁106.4%、锌98.0%、钙99.4%、镁103.8%,相对标准偏差分别为:铁5.15%、锌3.78%、钙4.99%、镁1.89%。结论该方法重复性好,回收率符合要求,可直接用于全血元素含量的测定,结果满意可靠。[ Objective] To establish a rapid and direct method for analyzing the contents of Fe, Zn, Ca and Mg in whole blood. [ Methods] Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was applied to determine the contents of Fe, Zn, Ca and Mg in straight diluted whole blood with corresponding regent. [ Results] The recovery rates of Fe, Zn, Ca and Mg were 106.4%, 98.0%, 99.4% and 103.8% respectively; RSD of the four dements were 5.15%, 3.78%, 4.99% and 1.89% respectively. [ Conclusion] This method is reliable and can be used repeatedly, which recovery rate accorded with the requirement; it can be directed applied in the determination of element content in whole blood.
