摘  要:目的建立适合于南方地区高温季节检测桶装水中的碘含量的方法。方法根据碘离子能对硫氰酸铁褪色反应产生催化作用这一反应机制,建立了检测水中碘的催化动力学光度法。结果该方法相对标准偏差在2.19%~4.65%之间,回收率在95.5%~101.1%之间,线性相关系数r=0.9994。结论该方法准确可靠,操作简单方便,高温环境亦可控制实验条件,可广泛应用于桶装水中碘的测定。[ Objective ] To establish a method for the determination of iodine in barrel water in hot seasons in south of China. [ Methods] According to the catalysis reaction of ferric sulfocyanate discolouration, catalytic colorimety method was established for the determination of iodine in barrel water. [ Results] The relative standard deviation {RSD} was 2.19% -4.65% ; the recovery rate was 95.5% - 101.1% ; the correlation coefficient for the linear equation was r =0. 9994. [ Conclusion] This method is accurate, simple and reliable; the experimental condition can be kept under control even in high temperature; it is applicable for the determination of iodine in barrel water.
