先锋美他醇治疗婴儿肺炎118例临床分析

摘　　要：目的评价先锋美他醇对婴幼儿肺炎的疗效及不良反应。方法118例婴幼儿肺炎患儿，体外抑菌试验对先锋美他醇敏感，给予先锋美他醇100—150mg／（kg·d），2—4次／d，静脉滴注。用药前、后观察体温、周围血象、血BUN、ALT变化，7—10d吸痰进行细菌培养。记录每日症状、体征变化，以便判定疗效及药物不良反应。结果118例患儿中，经过10—14d治疗后，痊愈108例，显效6例，无效4例，总有效率为96．6％。结论先锋美他醇对治疗婴幼儿肺炎疗效显著，安全可靠。[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of Cefmetazon in the treatment of infant pneumonia. [Methods] 118 infant pneumonia patients were found sensitive to Cefmetazon through bacteriostatic test in vitro and were given Cefmetazon vein transfusion 100 - 150mg/kg. d, bid or qid; the patients＇temperature, peripheral hemogram, blood BUN and ALT changes were observed; bacteria culture was made on the 7 - 10 days＇sputum; the symptoms and physical signs were recorded in order to judge the efficacy and side effects. [ Results] After 10 to 14 days＇treatment, 108 cases totally recovered, 6 cases had obvious effect, 4 cases had no effect, and the total effective rate was 96.6%. [ Conclusion] Cefmetazon is significantly effective and reliable in the treatment of infant pneumonia.
