摘　　要：细胞凋亡又称程序性细胞死亡,是由基因控制的细胞自主有序性死亡。近年来研究表明,细胞凋亡对肿瘤及多种增生性疾病有重要治疗意义。细胞数目的稳态需要增殖和凋亡二者作用的平衡,而二者的作用均依赖于细胞周期。p21(CIP1/WAF1,p21)作为细胞周期负性调控因子,与细胞凋亡密切相关,现就近些年来细胞凋亡和p21关系的研究做一综述。Apoptosis also calls the programmed cell death,which is defined as cells autonomous death controlled by gene.In recent years,it has been found that apoptosis has important significance in treatment of many kinds of tumors and proliferative diseases.Proliferation and apoptosis play a decisive role in the balance of cell number,but their effects all depend on the cell cycle.p21（p21CIP1/WAF1）,as the Cyclin-dependent Kinase Inhibitor,is closely related to apoptosis.Here,we reviewed the advancement in relationship between apoptosis and P21 in recent years.
