维甲酸与糖尿病及并发症的研究

摘　　要：代谢性核受体是一大类配体激活核受体转录因子,作为糖尿病治疗的新靶点日益受到国内外学者的关注。维甲酸隶属于代谢性核受体,是维生素A类代谢产物,其受体与过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ形成异二聚体,调节能量平衡、糖脂代谢,在肥胖、糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗等方面的作用日渐引起人们的关注,文章就维甲酸在2型糖尿病及其并发症中的应用进行综述。Metabolic nuclear receptors consist of a group of nuclear hormone receptor transcription factors.As a new target for treatment of diabetes mellitus,they have been identified and drawn attention to.Retinoids is a kind of metabolic nuclear receptors,which is the product of vitamin A in metabolism.Its receptor binds to PPAR-γ forms the RXR/PPAR heterodimer and plays an important role in regulation of energy balance,glucose and lipid metabolism,It is widely be recognized in treatment of mellitus diabetes,obesity and insulin resistance etc.Here we reviewed the efficiency of retinoids in type 2 mellitus diabetes and its complication.
