摘　　要：穿心莲具有多种抗炎有效成分,以内酯为主要成分,其可通过多种途径发挥抗炎作用。其主要通过影响机体免疫系统,对一氧化氮和黏附分子表达的调节以及通过清除氧自由基,等发挥抗炎作用。本文综述了近年来穿心莲的抗炎作用机制的研究进展。Andrographis paniculata has many kinds of active component of the anti-inflammatory action,the main component of which is diterpenes lipids.Andrographis paniculata educe anti-inflammatory action through many kinds of pathway,for example,it adjust the expression of nitrogen monoxidum and adhesion molecule,remove oxygen free radical and so on.This article summarized the progress of the mechanism of anti-inflammatory action of andrographis paniculata in the past few years.
