摘　　要：工业反哺农业、城市支持农村,实现工业与农业、城市与农村协调发展,是带有普遍性的趋向。我国现在总体上已到了以工促农、以城带乡的发展阶段。文章通过一定的测算方法,着重分析了改革开放以来我国"剪刀差"的表现及影响,对于进入工业化中期的我国城乡统筹发展中缩小工农业产品"剪刀差"提出相应的政策建议。This paper is based on the price scissors of industrial and agricultural products. The industry should re-feed agriculture and cities support rural areas to bring about the coordinate development of industry and agriculture, urban and rural areas. Generally speaking, China is now in the stage of industry re-feeding agriculture and cities supporting rural areas. This paper will focus on analyzing the price scissors status quo and the impact of China＇s urban and rural coordinate development in the mid-term of industrialization, then gives its advice and policy recommendations.
