摘  要:实验采用传统消化法处理化工过程中产生的甲醇废水。结果表明,在水力停留时间较短范围内,当容积负荷小于2kgCOD/(m3·d)时,COD去除率可达70%以上;出水的pH值稳定在6.6左右,系统内无乙酸的积累,产甲烷菌的活性高,系统运行稳定。Tradtionary anaerobic digestion was adopted to treat methanol wastewater that was produced in the chemical process in this experiment.Experimental results showed during the short time of hydraulic retention time, when the volumetric loading rate was less than 2kg COD/(m^3·d),the COD removal exceeded 70%;its effluent pH value was kept at the level of about 6.6,and there is no acetic acid accumulated in the system, so the activity of methanogenic bacteria was high and the reactor operated stably.
