摘　　要：人口老龄化趋势不断加剧,导致医疗卫生费用持续增长,医保基金的收支面临严峻危机。以西安市医保提供数据及《中国统计年鉴》各年度资料为依据,运用精算方法,建立医保基金平衡模型,通过对模型中个参数进行估测,推断出陕西省基本医疗保险基金收支不平衡年度,通过数据对陕西省医保基金运行状况进行分析并提出相应对策。The worsening tendency of the ageing results in the continued growth in health costs. The revenue and expenditure of medical insurance fund is facing severe crisis. Based on the data from Xian medical insurance system and “Chinese Statistics Yearbook”, we deduced the year of fund＇s imbalance by using actuarial method, establishing medical insurance fund balance model and estimating the parameter. In the end, we analyzed the current situation of medical insurance in Shaanxi Province and proposed our suggestions.
