摘　　要：数字版权管理的目标就是通过利用先进的信息技术,在提供数字化和网络化信息服务的同时,有效预防和阻止对这些信息的非法使用和复制,以此来达到保护数字知识产权的目的。大规模的对有版权的音乐和视频的复制和传播使得数字版权问题变成了围绕着P2P最为棘手且争端最多的问题。文章针对音乐共享中的版权问题探讨了一种P2P架构,它通过对音乐文件的登记、监控和付费对文件进行身份鉴定和跟踪,通过多种手段实现对音乐文件的版权保护。The aim of digital rights management is to make use of advanced information technique to efficiently prevent and avoid the illegal use and copy so that digital knowledge rights can be protected while digital and network information is provided. Digital copyright becomes a deeply troublesome and controversial issue in P2P system since large - scaled copy and propagation to having copyright music and video. This paper discusses a structure based on the copyright issue of music sharing in P2P network. This structure identifies and tracks documents by some methods, such as, registers, monitors and pays to music documents, this structure also protect the copyright of music document by many methods.
