CALIS和NSTL文献资源共享体系的比较研究

摘　　要：中国高等教育文献保障系统(CALIS)和国家科技图书文献中心(NSTL)是我国文献资源共建共享的典型范例,它们在促进我国的文献信息资源共享方面发挥了积极的作用。文章对它们的共性和个性作了分析,指出了它们存在的问题,并提出整合外文文献资源,将CALIS和NSTL合并,成立"全国文献信息资源保障中心",由国家图书馆或北京大学图书馆系统全面地购买外文文献(图书和期刊),建立外文文献目录数据库供全国共享,提供文献传递服务。China academic library and information system, national science and technology library and national cultural resource sharing project are typical examples of China＇s information resources sharing. They are playing an active role in promoting the information resources sharing. Their commonness and individuality are analyzed and the problems are pointed out. Integration of foreign literature resources as well as establishment of National Information Resource Center is combined from CALIS and NSTL. Foreign documents are purchased by national library or Beijing university library and establish a foreign national bibliographic database for sharing, as well as providing documents delivery services.
