地方高校图书馆人才队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：通过对山东省部分地方高校图书馆人才队伍的调查,从人才队伍的学历结构、知识结构、年龄结构、男女比例和管理机制几方面进行了分析,找出了存在的问题,阐述了问题的产生原因,呼吁高校加强图书馆工作重要性的认识,采取加强在职人员的培训学习和引进高学历、高职称、高能力人才等措施加强人才队伍的建设。Through personnel investigation of some of the local university hbraries in Shandong Province, the paper analyzes the problems from the academic structure, knowledge structure, age structure, sex ratio and management system and expounded the masons of the problems. At the same time, the paper calls on colleges and universities to strengthen understanding of the importance of libraries, and improve the construction of talents by training the faculty, introducing people with high academic credentials, high titles, high capacity.
