摘　　要：介绍数字参考咨询的一种新形式——手机短信咨询的产生以及应用,对国内外开展这一咨询服务的情况进行调查,分析了短信参考咨询的优劣势,最后对我国数字参考咨询系统开展手机短信咨询服务进行展望。This paper introduce basic information and particular operating approach of a new form of digital reference called Reference by SMS. It investigate the practice of domestic and oversea, then analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, and finally points out that our nation＇s digital reference system can integrating Reference by SMS into Digital Reference.
