摘  要:目的:鉴定粗糙龙胆斑枯病特异性的病原菌,为改进农业防治和中药防治等措施提供依据。方法:收集黑龙江省北安、七台河、佳木斯、黑龙江中医药大学药用植物园四个不同地区的龙胆斑枯病病叶,进行病原菌分离纯化,分别得到15、9、12、8个菌株,总计44株病原菌,利用GC-MS气质联用色谱法检测菌株全细胞脂肪酸并进行聚类分析和DNA分子生物学标记技术进行系统地鉴定。结论:北-11022、七-31022两菌株与Septoria microspora Speg在化学特性、DNA分子标记方面不能聚为一类,并各为一类,且形态上存在差异,但均属于Septoria microspora Speg·种下的两个变种,分别为新变种Septoria microspora(Speg)var·sp·X·J·Wang和新变种Septoria microspora(speg)var·sp·S·F·Wang·。Object:To identify the pathogenic fungi of Gentian leaf spot,especially for Gentian scarab,and to improve the preventing and curing method of this disease.Methods:Collecting the leaf spot disease suffering leaf from Gentian scarab cultivated in 4 different areas of Heilongjiang province systematically,44 pathogenic bactenum of the Gentian leaf spot were separated and purified,by analyzing S coupled with ISSR molecular marker technique and cluster analysis,the 44 pathogens wither cellular fatty acid with GC-Mere classified.Conclusion:The Bei-51022 and Qi-31022 are two strains,the Bei-11022 and Qi-91018 strains are classified as two different groups respectively,both groups are different from standard Septoria microspora Speg,they are two variations or subspecies of Septoria microspora.The Bei-11022 kind is named as Septoria microspora(Speg) var.sp.X.J.Wang;and the Bei-51022 kind is named as Septoria microspora(speg) var.sp.S.F.Wang
